What we do

Somatic healing is gentle, body-based approach that invites you to slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself. For many years, I lived with tension and exhaustion, carrying a sense that talking therapies alone couldn't shift. My first somatic healinng session opened a ndew doorway - not about fixing, but about allowing my body to guide the way back to ease and presence. After completing my own Journey into my Sacred Heart I went on to qualify as a Sacred Somatic Practitioner and now hold space for others to explore their own journey of self-healing.
